Pardon Me Turkey
Posted by steve

This is that time of year (or time of term) when the President of the United States exercises his power to show mercy in the form of a pardon. Traditionally, one of the first of the season is an American turkey. In honor of Thanksgiving, let's take a little time to celebrate the bird that stuffs the nation (if you're not vegan) and the POTUSes who have spared the symbolic few. If you want to learn more about such acts of executive clemency, visit Thanksgiving at the White House.
Incidentally, the good pilgrims at Print have released me from the stocks, I mean blog, so there will be no new Daily Heller until the Monday after gobble-day.
